Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all SAVD garment tags are intact and the product is in its original condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
